Any watch brought to our shop will receive a while you wait assessment by our trained professionals before starting the watch repair.

Replacement Citizen batteries & capacitors
Even smaller jobs such as fitting your Citizen watch with a new capacitor or battery is the opportunity we need to get ahead of the common defects that would otherwise result in a full service. Citizen bracelet adjustments
Small repairs such as strap, bracelet or band resizing are done on-the-spot and come with re-adjustments for no extra charge.

Replacement Citizen straps can be fitted on the spot, whether with the manufacturer’s own or with one of our large selection of generic straps, stocked in all sizes, colours and fittings. If your Citizen repair requires an unusually shaped strap or bracelet that is discontinued then we can cut and file ours to fit your case.

Our watchmakers are specialists in professional same day repairs and, if your Citizen needs it, can complete a full service on site. We carry out repairs with genuine parts from the manufacturer for your Citizen whether it is an ordinary quartz, Eco-Drive or Exceed it will get an expert repair.
If Citizen’s parts are discontinued then our watchmakers are experts at finding the quality part to have your watch last a lifetime.

How we guarantee your Citizen watch repair
All Citizen watch batteries and capacitors fitted while you wait have an 18 month guarantee and 12 month guarantee on the water resistant seal. There is a 24 month guarantee for all full overhauls and services for Citizen watches. Repairs such as fixing broken Citizen glasses, crowns and bracelet pins have a 12 month guarantee.
